Hotel is located just less than 10min walk from Den Haag train station. Superd location with supermarkets near by.
Staff at the reception and dinning area were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with wide choices.
The glass door of the shower cubicle was unable to retain the water splashing from bathing. Water kept flowing out onto bath room flooring resulting in wet floor. In addition, the bedside power socket was located below the side table, it was inconvenient when plug/unplug mobile charging.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The place itself is quite nice, and it's very close to Den Haag HS.
The hotel's description says it's soundproof. It isn't. Just your everyday double glazing, which can cut some of the noise, but I could hear laughter and voices outside my room. Luckily, this is not a noisy area, but I booked the place because it was supposed to be soundproof, and I feel cheated.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary laundry service was a great convenience and a huge relief, especially during an extended stay. The location is also very convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the train station all within walking distance. I would gladly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
The stay was pleasant overall. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements. The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter, as it was somewhat dim. Additionally, having a mirror inside the room (apart from the one in the bathroom) would be very helpful and would enhance guests' comfort and convenience.

Location was ok. Plenty of restaurants nearby and good transportation options.
Room was clean but ugly. I did't like the interior decoration and the view from the window was on inner patio, which was dirty.
