Good central location, reasonable value for money, in a nice old historic building. Interesting use of technology, which eliminated the need for any staff to be present.
On a warmish night, you could not open any of the large windows, and the airco did not work, and when I reached out via WhatsApp (the only way to connect to the staff / hotel) I got no response. Also, despite the room being very big with two large double beds, there was no cupboard space, and no rack on which to hang coats, suits, etc.

Great location, good value. Rooms are unique. Reception friendly. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom.
Reception was closed most of the time. No TV, no bed side lamps, room had a peculiar smell. No place to sit comfortably.

The location was convenient for shops, restaurants, secure parking and attractions. The bed and shower were very good. The hotel did not provide breakfast.
The lift did not work and my partner is disabled. There are no on-site staff and getting in was very difficult: everything has to be done by phone and we were eventually sent an entry code but this took four phone calls and was very complicated. Although the room itself was clean the public areas (e.g. staircases) were not.
