This is one of the best places I've ever stayed, anywhere in the world. The staff were beyond hospitable - I felt like a personal guest. The surroundings are stunning, the food is exquisite, and the facilities were wonderful - especially the spa. I don't know whether it's a 5* hotel (it doesn't have a golf course or tennis courts for example - impossible in this location) but we enjoyed this far more than any 5* hotel we've stayed in

An amazing forest location with a spectacular view of the canyon
Extremely overpriced for what was offered. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of our expectations based on the description provided on their website. The spa experience was average. The Jacuzzi felt cold, and the sauna was not hot enough. The in room fireplace was not very good as it was leaking smoke into the room.
