Great location with easy walk to centre of town. Comfortable and relaxing hotel with the bonus of a lift for the older traveller. Staff were delightful, happy, polite and very helpful.

Dit is echt een hotel waar het personeel de beleving maakt. Wat vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gezellig! Flexibel (wat later uitchecken ook goed), behulpzaam en vrolijk. Italiaanse charme waardoor wij ook helemaal vrolijk werden. Prima bedden, behoorlijk goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Perfecte ligging in Lazise en gratis parkeren op privé-plaats wat behoorlijk zeldzaam is.
Kamers zijn wat oud: het is geen modern hotel maar dat heeft ook weer zijn charme. Prijs-kwaliteit is dan wel zo-zo, maar Lazise is duur. Parkeren was wel heel krap.

Airco het werd in de kamer niet koeler dan 27 gr en het zwembad was erg slecht water tot je middel kunstgras stonk ben 1 x in het zwembad geweest jammer want je wil wel ff afkoelen als het 36 gr is
