I had a wonderful stay at Unicorn Residence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped, and the location was extremely convenient for exploring Seoul by public transport. What really made the difference, however, was Ponny. She was exceptionally kind, helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Just before my arrival, an unexpected problem occurred with my room, and she immediately took responsibility for the situation, arranged alternative accommodation for the first night and made sure everything went smoothly. Her communication was always quick and reassuring. I felt genuinely looked after, not simply like a guest in a hotel.
Nothing significant. The unexpected issue before my arrival was handled so professionally and thoughtfully that it did not negatively affect my overall experience.

Good price for the time that we stayed compared to other places. Also well connected with busses.
There is no separate shower space in the bathroom. The decoration is a bit outdated and the place was a bit far from almost everything we did.
