We stayed for 4 nights on our trip to Rome. The check in and check out was really quick and smooth. The communication with the host excellent and he was very helpful all the way, suggesting us restaurants in the area as well as coffee places. They have a shared small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, small fridge and even a small dishwasher. They offered coffee, tea and some sweet treats if you prefer to have a quick breakfast in the place. The rooms are good size, modern and clean.
The place is located in a very quite street but very good connected with bus, tram and metro. Frequent buses and trams to connect Trastevere or Villa Borghese. Also metro line straight to Termini station and the Vatican city. The Colisseum is just 15mins walking from it. It was very convinient to come and go to the airport and to move around to visit the main atracttions.
Giuseppe was very kind and helpful and let us left our luggage after checking out as we had a late flight that day. Definitely recommend it and if we would come back to Rome, we would stay here again.

The whole experience was excellent! We were greeted by our host and given our keys and he then provided a map and a great overview of the city and transportation around the city! The room was PERFECT!! It was a great size, super clean and decorated so very sweetly ❤️ There is a private shower and toilet and I loved that the shower and toilet were separate making it very easy for two people to get ready comfortably! And then, my favorite was the view of a quintessential Italian cobblestone street and with a church nearby when you have your window open, you can hear the church bells!
I can’t say there was anything I did not like about this property! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any friends or family!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was not only practical but also beautifully decorated. It was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping taking care of everything. Mr. Giuseppe was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions about Rome. We truly felt at home, with hosts who genuinely cared about us every day. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

It was comfortable and clean and we got good rest during our stay here.
I liked the fact that there was a coffe machine in there, so i didnt have to go out for coffe.
Giuseppe was very welcoming and can provide info if you need.
Is not that I didn't like it, but more of an observation.
If you are overweight or bigger size, you might not enjoy the shower, because it is quite small. Also, it didnt happen to have noisy neightbours, so we were not bothered at all, but the soundproof is not the best.
