I saw noone! ( But when I needed them to come because I had lost the keys, they came so quickly!) But it has not a reception like a hotel
They explain how to enter, because it is a Little tricky ( 3 Doors and a code for the lift), but once You learn it, it's finw

I had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, very easy to find, and everything matched the description perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, with a restaurant just downstairs, which made everything even easier.
I especially appreciated the coffee available in the entrance hall, such a lovely and thoughtful touch! I also want to highlight the cleanliness. The lady who cleaned the room did an excellent job, and I really appreciated the care and attention she put into everything.
Everything was great, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

This was a great location for the Coliseum and not much further into the main city. Good transport links with the metro close by. The apartment felt safe behind a gated block and the room was basic but perfect for what we needed. Facilities were good, hairdryer, coffee etc and the host was very pleasant and helpful.

The location was a 2 metro stop from the main termini train station and had good access to trams and buses, we found it ideal to explore the sights of Rome. The room was secure, clean and in keeping with the character we'd hoped for. Air conditioning worked well as it was 30°+ every day and the room was serviced each day.
The fridge did not work and there were no British news channels or any other UK channels on the TV. The breakfast was disappointing, it was a cafe about 200m away and was a token for a small coffee and a croissant. The cafe opened at 8am midweek & 9am weekends., not ideal if you have sightseeing plans. They had a tea/coffee machine in the communal area but no milk available. The lift was so tiny it made us laugh as a feature, completely useless if you have mobility issues as rooms were 2nd floor.

"Our stay in Rome couldnt have been better. The apartment was clean, cozy and just a short walk from the Colosseum, so it was the perfect base for exploring the city. There was a big window in the room..."
