My family and I were more than happy with our stay at The Boundary. Our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on. Kate and Steve are a lovely, hard working couple, and Mac the dog is just the most beautiful dog ❤️ would definitely stay here again!

Didn't stay the rude landlady told us to leave because we rang the bell twice and left gate open. Pathetic I know. Still waiting for refund of £90

Kate & Steve (and of course Mac) run one of the greatest B&B'S in Scarborough, extremely outstanding stay and sleep every time, one awesome breakfast choice with the banter, This is one little gem of a place with views over the cricket ground, from the second you arrive you are made to feel like you have known Kate & Steve for ages, central for everything to be honest location wise, only a 5 min walk to town. The Boundary is our now go to place having been a couple of times now, you will love this gem. Thank you Kate & Steve( not forgetting Mac) for our stay. love Hazel & Steve

The location was good .Easy to get to the beach, lovely walk to Peas holm Park. You can walk to sea life centre and a nice little pub at the end of it .

Lovely owners
Mugs at breakfast were dirty. Didn't bother me as I dont drink tea or coffee, but I imagine those that do wouldn't have been happy with that, though I'm sure the owners would fix it right away if told.

Great parking given a pass to park on the road
Two minutes walk across the road and you get a sea view and about 10 into town maybe 15 To the prom depending on how quickly you walk

We were made to feel very welcome at The Boundary. Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and a comfy four poster bed (it would have been nice to see some decorative material on the wood though).
The shower was adequate but not made for sharing ;(
Breakfast was very good and well cooked. Kates acerbic wit made it a very enjoyable way to start the day.
The location was good enough although parking can be tricky at times. The location is also ideal if you like cricket, We don't so it didn't bother us although the view of the ground from the balcony is impressive.
Very little really. The water pressure was low at times but in an old, tall building that has to be expected.

Friendly hosts and nice atmosphere.Excellent breakfast and great choice,including yoghurt and fresh fruit,plus a full English cooked breakfast if required,all nicely cooked.

Omg, best short holiday ever, thanks to our bode for 3 nights. There was nothing what so ever to dislike. Staff are brilliant, great host, very warm welcoming. Rooms were immaculate, comfortable beds so we all slept well. Breakfast 1st class. Bar prices were unreal compared to places we visited. IE pubs restaurants ect. Oh!!! And what a lovely gesture from our host in gifting not just my 3 grandkids but other guests kids alsk a lovely useful gift each. Nice touch. Would i stay again? YOU BET 😁.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Location is ideal, just a short walk to attractions and town centre. Kate and Steve were great hosts, very approachable and helpful. Fantastic view from the terrace overlooking the Cricket Ground Unfortunately I didnt make use of this due to visiting with the grand kids, but hope to on a future visit.

Kate and Steve were fantastic hosts really attentive and keep a lovely home and mack the dog is beautiful. Breakfast spot on nothing too much trouble will definitely stay again if we can get in as appears to be extremely popular! Arrived as strangers and hopefully left as friends 😃
