The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, the location is fantastic, and the view of the piazzetta is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!

Warm, tidy, clean. Comfortable bed, nice shower good WiFi connection and a good (but not massive) TV. All you need for a stay in Venice. A ten minute walk down Via Garibaldi from the waterfront and so close to 2 taxiboat vaporetto stops which take you everywhere. (Buy an ACTV 3,4 or 7 day ticket for easy and regular use of the vaporetto). It was only another 15 minutes from the waterfront to walk to Doge's palace if you wanted to do this. Find the Tosi Tratorria for your evening meals for great prices and great food. It's a local restaurant for local people. You will enjoy your stay.
All good. Nothing bad. They only had one teaspoon so we told them and they cane with replacements when we left so you'll be able to make your coffees more easily.

Nicely done up apartment, tastefully decorated with what you’d need to cook. Quiet location just 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants on nearby Via Garabaldi. Terrace got good views of quiet part of lagoon Great Prix supermarket on nearby street to pick up stuff very cheaply.
Some of the terrace planks need replaced (rotten). Air conditioning not working (possibly due to power cut?) and I reached out for help but text advice received to reset electrics didn’t help so we had a sleepless night as a result and no apology about this which was disappointing.
