Staff are super helpful and very responsive via text. The apartment was in a very busy area which had both pros & cons as it was very loud, but also it was very walkable.
No Aircon was a bit of a downer but I should’ve read that earlier on, so not to the fault of the company.

apartment was what we expected for a traditional city centre space. Kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. Loved the big windows and doors that opened up & high ceilings making the apartment light and airy.
No air con, 4 flights of stairs (71 steps), front door was left open by other residents
balcony railings did not feel safe (wobbly)
noise from the street - although I should have seen this on other reviews - but because it was so hot we needed the doors and windows open - which meant the noise was louder from the bars below. on one night this was until 3am. (but the location was fantastic)

My experience was great! I actually used two apartments in the complex (also the 3 bedroom one on top floor), as I was travelling with a bigger group beforehand. I then sized down to this smaller one. The owners are super communicative and let the rest of the group who was leaving store their bags in this apartment before check-in, as they had some spare time before the flight. I was able to check in fully earlier as well - communication really stood out to me with this place.
The location is superb, but do keep in mind it's a very popular street and can become very noisy. I read the reviews beforehand so I was prepared for it, and it didn't bother me much. Apartment is very spacious and roomy.
Main thing with this apartment is that you can't really let natural light in, as it's on ground level right by the bar - we didn't feel comfortable having other people looking in. Floors did feel a bit filthy as they generally do in guest apartments, so recommend having indoor flip flops or similar to walk around with.
