La ubicación para mí era perfecta pues quería que estuviera cerca de la residencia universitaria donde se aloja mi hija. Pero, en general, está muy bien situado pues tiene metro y tren muy cerca y la zona está genial . Las camas eran muy cómodas , tiene varios aires acondicionados para el calor que también está genial , las habitaciones amplias , una buena cocina equipada y todo limpio.
Huele mucho a humedad, y hay zonas en las paredes negras de lo mismo, el lavabo de uno de los baños se atasca cuando el grifo está abierto , las cortinas de los baños son de plástico y por debajo están negras de la humedad , el patio exterior es muy amplio pero está muy descuidado , el sofá del salón muy incómodo.

The apartment as such is good. Everything is a bit cheap, but OK. the apartment has 3 separate bedroms - and a terrace which could have been a real plus.
The reason why this flat does not get a top score is that the noise from the airplanes constantly flying over your head - fortunately not from ca 24 to sometime after 05:00.
But we could not reall enjoy the nice space terrace - because the conversations was constantly every - on average - 10 mins disrupted by a "bomber plane" just over your head.
If you are not bother by the planes, it is value for money, but if not find another area in Lisbon.
It was in walking distance to the conference we attended - and since we were away on the conferene until early evening it was OK for 3 nights.
