The property had good views and peaceful atmosphere.
The activities mentioned in the resort facilities were not upto the mark. Maybe I visited in August and this was a ski resort.

My stay at Oi Qaragai Resort was truly enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the resort felt welcoming and well managed. The reception team, especially Berik, made a great difference—Berik was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my check-in and stay. Everything felt smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciated the warm attitude and support. I would happily recommend Oi Qaragai Resort to others
I felt the restaurant staff’s attitude wasn’t quite as welcoming as expected, didn’t feel welcomed, as the staff’s attitude seemed a bit less friendly than expected.
I’d appreciate it if the team could focus a bit more on friendly customer interaction.

I stayed in Tau Tynys glamping cabins, the view from balcony was awesome.
Some vehicle / club car arrangement should be done to take luggage from cable car station to cabins, poor hotel guy had to lift and shift so many heavy luggages during the whole day. Limited breakfast options at OQ bar, some buffet arrangement should be done

Because it's in the area of adventure. recreational. Middle of the mountain.
The property itself is okay. but not recommended to senior,toddlers to stay in the area of the tree house. the room is located in the upper part of the Hotel. Stairs are available but needed a lot of walking.
