Everything was good, the atmosphere and the food were notch.
It would be nice if the staff at the breakfast restaurant were more hospitable and greeted the hotel guests.

Very nice hotel, common rooms have a pleasant smell from the spa area, extremely responsive staff ready to help at any moment! Restaurant service - excellent! Huge portions, which we were surprised by. Fantastic fish soup! Clean rooms, amazingly warm even at night, even though we were here in late autumn...

The spa and indoor pool was good. Location was excellent.
It was unclean in the communal areas. We had a leak from the ceiling on to the bed and floors. We asked to move room which the staff tutted but agreed to. We’d booked a 2+1 room for 2 adults and a child. The new room had no bedding for the child’s pull out bed. Beds were uncomfortable.
