Staff friendly and kind. The price was good in good location.
The bathroom was quite uncomfortable. To get there, you had to climb a very narrow wooden staircase, which was impractical and especially inconvenient at night. In addition, the bathroom area was very hot and poorly ventilated. This is an aspect the hotel should improve to provide guests with greater comfort.

Location is great - away from crowd areas.
Room and toilet were suuuuper clean.
Nina and receptionist (my bad I don’t remember her name) were super friendly.

This is a fantastic stay in Venice! So close to the train station, it's easy to get here and drop your luggage without having to lug it through complex streets or multiple bridges. Great hosts, Rinata was at the desk when I checked in and gave me some fantastic aperitivo and lunch / dinner recommendations! The room was the perfect size for my friend and I, with a great bathroom.
Nothing to report, loved this stay!
