The proximity to Plitvice National Park may be the reason we chose this place, but the hospitality and friendliness of the host will be why we remember this location.
We were greeted with warmth, personally shown our rooms and learned a lot about the area and the family-owned property.
The dinner was made for us on- site and was delicious Croatian food. The breakfasts were perfect to fuel us for our very long hikes in the Park.

The friendliness and proactive style of the owner was amazing. He and his son went above and beyond what was expected to make us feel welcome, comfortable and to get us to the national park and to our bus stop on 3 occasions. The rooms were well appointed and the offers of food and drinks much appreciated.
The ambience was adversely affected by the close proximity of of the major road to and from the national park. This is obviously something that can’t be changed
