If you plan on getting to Plitvice early to avoid the tour crowds, you cannot beat the location here. We arrived pretty late from Zagreb but the staff was nice enough to stay late to meet us for check-in. Room was VERY quiet as you're close to the woods in a very small town. A/C worked great and Wi-Fi was excellent. There is also a dedicated FREE parking lot.
I wish I knew how much breakfast was prior to getting it as, for the area, it was a bit pricey (15 euros each in cash). Still, a good breakfast nonetheless.

Perfect location for Plitvice entrance 1 or 2. Nice alpine feel to the building. Very clean spacious room. Ideal for a family of 4 as a second bedroom is off the main bedroom. BBQ restaurant very conveniently located a few metres away for dinner.

The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom big with a good shower and window for natural light and air. Breakfast was decent and varied and the staff members were very nice and friendly.
Can’t blame the property, but there is a construction site next to it and on the second day of our stay workers started hammering and making noise at 7 AM. That’s not something you expect on your vacation in a beautiful and peaceful nature park.
