Excellent breakfast and local Brauhaus beer.
New fridge policy having it turned off meant storing cold drinks down with reception.
Not really convenient being without cold drinks in your room or milk for tea and coffee.
Customer service very mixed. Breakfast staff excellent throughout.
Bar staff good overall.
Reception staff very mixed ranging from excellent to not really on the ball.
Might have a made a bit more effort bearing in mind I was celebrating my 70th there, following on from celebrating my 60th 10 years ago.

Comfortable bed & plush room. Friendly & helpful staff.
We stayed on a day when the restaurant was closed, so we only had a limited selection to choose from. Waitress very helpful though.
