Very clean, kind and helpful staff. The location is very central to shops restaurants, and the Kurpark.
It’s an older property compared to some of the boutique style hotels.

The breakfast was decent. I also really enjoyed the room and its cleanliness. It was cozy and comfortable. The Hotel is old, but the upkeep is great. Also liked the decoration. It was simple and clean.
It seemed a little stuffy but after opening the windows that was fixed.

It’s not the first time i booked this Hotel and this time when I booked it, I found out that the Hotel Management has changed . The Hotel decoration has changed a bit but the employees’ friendliness, the service and the cleanliness remained . Also, surprises like upgrading your room just leaves you in awe when the employee tells you this . I had a guest from USA and she is actually used to 4-5 star Hotels because she travels extensively and she said that Comfort Hotel am Kurpark let her felt at home away from Home ! I pleased her to the max!
