Breakfast is fantastic, standard room is very comfortable and the hotel is well located in the city, allowing you to walk short distances to markets, restaurants and parks nearby.
Breakfast is amazing, but you should arrive early in the restaurant during peak seasons to fully enjoy, because some food are not replenished late in the morning. But the most negative point is that gym has only a trademill and a couple of dumbells in a small room with no enough space for exercises.

We had two rooms to accommodate our group of 4, and the booking and check-in processes were easy. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and in good condition. I appreciated having an exercise room. We arrived by car from Frankfurt airport, but during the stay, we sometimes walked to the train station, which was mostly along a pedestrian zone through a shopping district, so it was a safe and interesting walk. The hotel has a park on one side, and shopping district on the other, with easy walk to restaurants and shops.
The exercise room is not ideal, but it met my needs. It is very small, with only one elliptical trainer and one treadmill. There are some weights. I wish there were sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment before and after using it, and the hand sanitizer ran out during my stay. But I appreciated the fact that there was a functioning exercise room.

The parking facility was easy accessible and cheap. Just 4 Euros for a 24hr parking session. I must say the Hotel is a bit old although everything was well cleaned and the rooms were up to date. I would recommend you this place if you are on a business trip.
Due to the central location of this hotel, the noise in the nearby park was more or less disturbing during night hours. nevertheless there is nothing more I would to the negative points regarding this premises.
