The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city centre.
Poor value for money. The room was cold, with the heating switched off, and the Wi-Fi did not work. When I needed assistance around 4 PM, the receptionist was outside smoking instead of being at the desk. Despite the hotel appearing largely empty, no complimentary upgrade was offered. Overall, disappointing service and comfort for the price. The nearby Maritim Hotel offers much better value.

Great location! 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was EXCELLENT - very good value for money.
Unfortunately at the height of the summer weather it was very uncomfortable. No AC, and only a standing fan to provide air flow. Some members of our group had rooms tjat were far too warm for sleeping.

Great location near the park
We were there during a June heatwave. Place has no A/C. Fans were provided in the rooms but didn’t help much. Also WiFi as in most German hotels is an afterthought, kind of works occasionally but useless for work etc.
