The dining room is perfect for inviting guests to share a meal or for a romantic dinner for two. The living room is welcoming with comfort in mind. Lounge with your iPad in hand or catch a nap. Watch your current shows, your favorite team play and enjoy unlimited Netflix movies during your visit on the HD LCD television with BluRay DVD. AppleTV and WiFi is available with a secure access code given upon arrival. The Murray Bedroom features a pillow-top king-sized bed, an HD LCD TV, 2 dressers for storage and closet space for your luggage. En suite bathroom with his/hers vanity & a walk-in custom shower. The Franklin Bedroom features two (2) pillow-top queen-sized beds and can accommodate 2-4 people. The dresser and closet space provides plenty of room for your luggage. The Smith Bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed. This room includes one of the largest closets in the house so you can put away all your luggage. The Timmel House also has a covered screened-in porch with chairs to sit and enjoy a southern evening. Plus, the open patio has a Weber gas grill and grilling tools ready to use at all times. The quaint manicured lawn lends itself to a game of bocce ball or lounging in one of our outdoor chairs. The Timmel House welcomes babies and well-behaved children and is very kid-friendly. A children's high chair, pack 'n play and baby tub are available upon request to meet the needs of your family. Please let us know if you need any or all of these during your stay. An attached laundry room features an extra large LG front load washer & dryer, an ironing and folding area and separate utility sink. This rental was perfect for our college girlfriend reunion. Four of us met there and had a great time. The house is in a great location. You can walk to just about everything in the Pinehurst Village or take a short drive. The house is clean and had everything we needed. I wish we had booked it for an extra night.

We loved walking to everything. We walked to the Pinehurst golf courses multiple times to eat, shop, and watch. We ate in town (2 min walk) multiple times. Enjoyed the screened in porch.

Perfect location in the heart of the old Village of Pinehurst. Cute ranch home that has been remodeled and fit our 5 adults comfortably. Easy check in and checkout. We were in town for a wedding and it was so convenient to our events and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Our host even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Highly recommend

Great home, very comfortable, perfect for my parents who find steps a challenge, loved the back screened porch for coffee. Very comfortable and perfect location. We have spent the month of April in Pinehurst for the past several years! We have stayed in some very nice properties but this one is our favorite. Just steps for the center of the Village, The Pinecrest Inn, the Pinehurst Brewery and all of the Pinehurst properties. Our daily walks let us explore the winding roads throughout the Village! Very comfortable and quite. Highly recommend especially for a longer term stay!

The was exactly what we were looking for in the village of Pinehurst. A short walk to restaurants and shops. The pictures on line truly represents what you will see when you open the door for the first time. We felt like we were home every time we walked in the door.

Absolutely perfect property. Three college golf buddies down for a charity tournament. The rest of the participants were staying at the Pine Crest Inn just across the street. We were so much more comfortable in a home with a yard, and the location was excellent. I would stay here every trip to Pinehurst if possible!

Perfect Easter Weekend
The home was in a perfect location just steps from everything Pinehurst has to offer. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The furnishings and amenities were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Charming home in a perfect location!
This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better home. The owners have created a warm and inviting place to stay that is so close to everything. They have it well decorated and it feels like a comfortable home. Other family members stayed in different houses around Pinehurst and we got to see a few of them over the weekend. They were much more sterile by comparison and one even had a stove that didn’t work! This place had books, and magazines, and even a few toys for the toddler. The owners were very responsive to questions. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the property. It is very conveniently located in the village of Pinehurst. It provides easy access to golf and all of the other amenities in town. A short drive up the road and you’re in Southern Pines with access to a lot of great shops and restaurants. The communication with the owner was exceptional before and during our stay. We will definitely return!

Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated home just steps away from the village and spa. Our spa experience was very enjoyable, with a delicious lunch at Holly Inn afterwards, followed by shopping, a stop at the locally owned book store, and coffee at Roast Master. Great for our party of five!

I was very pleased with the overall upgraded condition of the property. The owners have done a great job maintaining this cute 3 bedroom home. We had a few minor issues that Wes took care of quickly. We often come to Pinehurst and I will certainly consider staying at the Immel House in the future.
