Super

First of all I would like to thank the whole team, everyone in this hotel made an effort to fulfill my requests. From booking to eating. Everything was great. However, I would like to praise two people at the reception in particular, Izdihar and Yeliz did everything they could to make my booking uncomplicated and friendly. I think they deserve special recognition for their work. I will definitely come back in September.

Noisy

It's not an act for me, but good equipment for people with limited capabilities and modern style and equipment

The room was on the ground floor overlooking the pool of a nearby hotel with children. Not that I mean when chosen adult only hotel. Children and music noisy all day in room and loud music at the evening until 23:30. I couldn’t relax and normal sleep in hotel. We said about this situation to stuff but they weren’t solving this trouble. Only said: full Also stuff doesn’t normal speak in English, we used to Turkish translate to describe our problems. doesn’t interesting in solve your problem. Not good beach with children from nearest hotels. There are a lot of large stones and slabs

Excellent choice for relaxation

Nice hotel with modern facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent restaurants and well trained staff. Adult -only is really great if you want to enjoy a peaceful time.

The location in front of an average and quite rocky beach. It was too far away from the city. The spa treatments they offer are just average and not worth the price, so I wouldn't recommend it. You could barely see any sea from a partial sea-view room. Mostly just other buildings.

Super nice room comfy big bed nice bathroom warm water dressing gowns nice buffet selection nice pool nice modern design

On the last day our room wants clean becouse we didn't know that u need to put correct light on for the cleaners, side view balcony was dark and not super enjoyable to sit as there was no sun but is a small detail. Faaaar from alanya City centre like a 1 hour walk or 15 mim by taxi. And far from kleopatra beach. Local beach bit pebbley.

Pleasant stay given the price, don't mind paying more for some improvements

Good location, staff v helpful and nice, breakfast is good, rooms ate v good

Drinks are not that great, pool is small, not enough entertainment, massive smoking restrictions, all hotels have Nargili/shisha section, this one doesn't! Beach area too small, they need to invest in the beach section

1. the staff tried to move me to a room of a different category (instead of what was in the photo on the website, there was a completely different room) 2. another visitor of hotel came to my room with a key from my room! when I was in a shower, my girl friend was in a bed!

The hotel is 4 stars and not 5stars The breakfast is very bad. 3 stars breakfast Location is normal The isolation between the rooms is very bad, you can hear the breath of the next room, The hotel is not beach front.

I happy that I stayed at the hotel!

The breakfast was perfect. Everything you would like to have was there! I really like to have breakfast. Possibility of renting bike! All dinners were good but the night that day serve sea-food was magnificent. I liked it very much!

There could be more options of drinks. I mean I used to drink better wine/beer/raki/whiskey in my home. Such hotel should supply better options. I know it is difficult to make everyone happy but I do think that the hotel can serve better drink options with the same cost! Bike renting was expensive and could be better maintenance!

Nice option for a long weekend

Stuff is very friendly and provided us a free upgrade. Rooms are spacious with nice sea view, with 2 huge balconies (Suite) Wifi is stable and fast Overall food is really tasty, you have a wide range of options, each day different The beach is nice and have their pierce

Swimming pool is quite small and cold (end of October) Hotel has very small own territory outside of the building (swimming pool + bar) In the Suite a bit strange shower: it has only glass door which doesn't add privacy

I would just like to say that there are enough shampoos, ear sticks and small similar things in the room. But in genera

I want to say a lot about this hotel. Especially for the chefs, for the restaurant. Employees. It was great. abundance in the choice of food, seafood, and which desserts are generally an art. All are very nice and caring people. I recommend to all.❤️🙏🔥

Ok for the price, definately not 5 star hotel

Modern decore, gym, ok food

Staff does not speak english espacially receptionist lady, also staff was not welcoming. Bed not confortable. Light was not working in our room, they came to fix it but didnt fix it properly.

Great stay !

Very clean, friendly staff, good food and comfortable rooms. Nice spa. Everything needed for a rest. Relaxing and quiet. Good photographer. Good airport transfers.

Few more cocktails on all inclusive. Bit basic and boring.
