Second time in this hotel. Last time we were living in duplex room, this time we paid some extra for beautiful sea view deluxe room. This room was comfortable and it was exactly as we wanted šš» thanks to guy on reception for that offer. Unfortunately, I donāt remember his name. We like this hotel because of approximity to the beach, it offers good options of food and different things to do (incl. shops, hamam and so on).
Our first impression was that the hotel looks a little more worn out compared to last year. Some of the chairs have chipped paint, and the tablecloths definitely need to be replaced. Last year, the overall condition was better, and quite a lot has changed in this regard over the past year.
It is not surprising, because there are so many guests, especially during summer months (too much people). August is a very busy month, so weāll probably come back when things are a bit quieter. š

Det var vƤldigt trevligt, och rummen var rena och fina. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjƤlpsam. Det var verkligen vƤrt pengarna. Jag Ƥr mycket nƶjd med min vistelse!
Det enda negativa var att sƤngen inte var sƤrskilt bekvƤm.

It was clean and pleasant but a bit basic for a 5* hotel. I liked the location, easy access to the beach, well designed layout. The staff were friendly. I only stayed there two nights but slept there well. The food was nice.
Im my opinion it doesnāt meet the standards of a 5* hotel. To start with, you have to pay 2 euros a day for a if you want to put your valuable belongings in a safe in your roomā¦this is free of charge in most hotels, especially 5* hotels. The alcohol wasnāt good and was not served at the beach. At the beach there was only washed out beer and soft fizzy drinks. There is a bar at the beach that does not belong to the hotel so theoretically you could buy yourself a nice drinkā¦but thatās not the point of being at all inclusive holidays. That was disappointing. I donāt drink alcohol myself but my partner does and since this short break was my treat, I felt obliged to buy a drink for my partner. There was no soap in a bathroom to wash my hands with, there were other toiletries ie shower gel. This was not a show stopper but cāmon, this is a 5* hotel!
