we loved our stay at grand Uysal and will come again. the swimming pools, snacking/dining were exceptionally awsome. superb place for a few days with family and highly recommend to anyone.
Rooms allocation during busy days makes it quite difficult for the staff to accommodate people in the already booked rooms. we were allocated a room which we didn't book, but upon expressing disapproval, it was changed. Not a bad review, but to highlight for the management to improve in the future.

Eventually had a nice room. The original room was very small and faced a brick wall. Location of hotel is good however a taxi ride from town.
The food was poor. On one day the choice of main meal was liver or sardines. Only meats available was chicken or beef. A choice of lamb would be good. The chefs also re-utilised the food. Whatever was left over from lunch appeared in a different format in the evening.

Food was not nice, " all " inclusive , but some drinks you have to pay it's mean not all inclusive .why i should pay for matt for sun loungers ?! No free cold water been provided. Some staff wasn't friendly.
Bathroom very small.
