Great surprise

Great size room, comfortable beds, good hot breakfast, AC worked great, close to bus line & shops, restaurants walking distance in safe area. Top service by the ladies and Hugo, treated like family.

No microwave in room but the kitchen one is available, no mini-fridge but the ac keeps drink cool

The lady was so kind to wake up early on a Saturday morning and cook me breakfast and call a cab to the airport. Had an actual hot water shower!

Was there only for 7 hours!

The inn is exceptionally clean and the owner is very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and the breakfast was very good.

For bad sleep we paid too much

- Breakfast is simple but good - comfortable beds - AC - Kind personal - the place looks nice & clean - lots of hanging possibilities in the room

- wifi was not good - shower: hot water didn't work, no towel for the floor - the walls are like cupboard, but if people are respectuful it isn't a problem...what was not the case for us. The neighbours were extremely unrespectful! Asked them to speak a little quieter at 1am, they wouldn't stop and just laughed as soon as the door was closed again. At 2am the receptionist had to take care of it. - on booking its written that there is a 24h front desk, but when I was looking to find someone, everything was empty & there were no signs with a phone number or anything else to reach someone

Nice place to stay, you can come late, leave luggage, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is fine.

Lovely place to stay and good value for money

The location was great as it was 5 minutes in a taxi from the airport and a short walk from a large shopping mall with places to eat and the bank. The staff were lovely with one speaking English. My room was at the back of the property which was smaller than some of the others but the staff offered to change my room out to a more spacious one. Good book selection in reception with a fridge for water and beers. Good breakfast and decent shower. The whole place is really clean with a good kitchen and you can put groeries in the fridge.

Nothing really,the location is good though the area didn't feel very safe as all the properties are within gated enclosures but I believe this is pretty normal for Guayaquil.

Very polite owner and easy checkin. Breakfast was very simple but okay. Very good location, close to the airport and a supermarket and various restaurants around the corner. Felt safe to walk to the restaurants in the early evening, as the area was fairly busy.

The room felt more like a storage room due to the mix of rather old and unmatched furniture and only light bulbs instead of real lamps on the ceiling matched with tiles on the wall. Found several long hairs on my bedsheets and also in the shower. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and very loud music in the evening from the street. The whole atmosphere in the room didn't feel very inviting.

Excellent accommodation with spacious and clean rooms, great location and really helpful and friendly staff that spoke great English :) Would stay again for sure!

Really nice and comfortable

Really comfortable room and bed. It's close to airport (I walked there). Breakfast is great and available early in the morning. Some staff also speaks English.

Location

It was very very noisy late during evening and early in the morning, TV very loud , people talking very loud as well. Hard to rest after a long trip. I don’t eat eggs for the breakfast and I just had melon…. I took the place especially for having a breakfast but was not good then.

Stayed here for one night before traveling further and would stay again. Hugo and family are very dedicated in making sure you have a good stay. The hotel and room are simple, but this is expected for the price. It had everything I needed.
