This is a large, surprisingly nice, 4-star hotel in an area that does not see a lot of tourists. The room was good sized and stylish, with a nice pond in the middle of the property. The food and drink were good. We were happy with our one-night experience, and we found the Khmer temple ruins in the area quite interesting.
We had a car, but otherwise it would be quite difficult to access this hotel.

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for ten years, and we were married here. The hotel really is a hidden gem, not what you would expect to find in town of this size. The staff and building are amazing.
The lighting in the bathroom and generally in the room itself is far too dark. My wife found it very difficult to do her makeup etc
The breakfast buffet was very poor, none of the bain Marie’s had their oil burners lit, so everything was stone cold, even at 08:00.
