The room was perfect - well appointed, clean, had everything I needed. The location was fantastic - very close to town but quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the owners couldn’t have been nicer. They provided a lot of useful information. I had a wonderful stay.

Deb and Keith were great hosts. They were extremely welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. Parking available around the back. Great value for money. Walking distance to Derwent water and local pubs/restaurants. Would definitely return to explore more of the area.

Fantastic location. Keith and Deb were great hosts and made a very tasty breakfast! Super friendly and communication was spot on.

The guesthouse is perfectly located. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the road is very quiet. Keith and Deb are wonderful, they gave us great suggestions of things to do and were warm and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing, with both fresh fruits and yoghurt and a very good cooked breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely hosts and every detail we could want was taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast menu was extensive and freshly cooked.

Nothing except perhaps my husband would have liked a lower floor due to stairs but were advised next time to mention it and it could be accommodated so no problem there.

Great central location, in centre of Keswick. Top floor room has superb view. Room has everything you need, plenty storage and hanging space, comfy bed. Great shower. Everything clean and hygienic. Breakfast top class. Deb and Keith friendly, and gave helpful advice for sightseeing.

Deb and Keith were the best hosts you could ever ask for. Very attentive and welcoming which made our stay excellent. The room was extremely clean, full of goodies as well as being well equipped. The selection of breakfast that was offered to us was incredible. They have a lovely selection for vegetarians and a big fruit buffet. One of the best breakfast we have ever had! Overall the best experience we have had in Keswick!

Great guesthouse with great hosts

The breakfast was tasty and substantial. Deb and Keith were so friendly and welcoming. The location could not be better, perfect for exploring Keswick. The room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent quality ensuite.

Debs and Kieth were very welcoming and showed us kindness and care. Nothing was a problem and they took time to give us advice on different walks and places to eat in the area. The breakfasts were amazing with an excellent range of fruit on offer and the cooked breakfast was delicious including the special shaped fried bread. The room was a good size and was spotless.

There was nothing I didn't like about the accommodation although the shower cubicle was a little small for my husband.

The room was spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. The location was fantastic being in the heart of Keswick and the place even had its own carpark. First class.

Excellent location 2 mins from the centre of Keswick . The hosts Deb and Keith couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible . Breakfast was also excellent . Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this guest house .

From greeting as we arrived til we left all was very good, very good breakfast, comfortable room. So no problems or dislikes.

The weather which is beyond our control!!

Beautifully kept and comfortable. Even the kettle was the cleanest I’ve ever seen both inside and out! Top marks for cleanliness. Excellent breakfast and top hospitality throughout our stay.

Greeted by Deb the owner who was very friendly first impressions were very good . We had bright airy spacious room , everything spotlessly clean and felt very covid safe . There was everything we needed in the room the owners provided water tea coffee toffees and biscuits. The guest house owners Deb and Keith were very friendly and helpful , we were stressed regarding an issue with our car on arrival they were very helpful and even sent us a txt on the evening giving us relaxing reassurance regarding the car problem. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to perfection. Perfect location, beautiful guest house with very friendly owners we will definitely be revisiting. 10/10 from us

Very nice hosts gave us great advice and always willing to help. High standard for cleanliness and hygiene. Breakfast was delicious. Location was right in the middle of town and there's a private parking lot.

Nothing everything was good

The hosts Deb and Keith were so lovely, nothing too much trouble, after been out all day walking they offered me a foot soak whilst sat out in the sun with wine n nibbles (at no charge might i add).The guest house was spotless and the breakfast excellent. Location was fantastic, right in the centre and free parking. Such a little gem and lovely hosts, we'll definitely be returning like most of there guests staying there.
