Very lovely welcome x Sarah & Colin are so nice. I don't like seeded bread so asked if there was any white bread & bless Sarah she said not a problem . I felt awful asking but nothing is to much trouble x Will definitely stay again xx
Nothing really but from being up North would have loved tinned tomato's on my breakfast 😁

Fantastic breakfast, incredibly clean, hosts were fantastic, kind and caring. A 2 minute walk away into the heart of Keswick. I have M.E. and they made this stay so accessible for me and it meant the world even going to the lengths to bring my breakfast up to me on a tray. My partner and I were celebrating our birthday and engagement and they bought a little bottle of prosecco in our room. Teas, coffees and hot chocolates whenever. All round absolutely fantastic place to stay and made our trip very memorable. Incredibly homely atmosphere.

I loved everything! Honestly, it was the most comfortable, clean, warm and homely accommodation I have ever stayed in. The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional, they made it feel like a home away from home. I’ll stay here again when I come back.
I have nothing bad to say at all.

Great breakfast, and the property owners were very nice - they couldn't have done any better and we were very impressed with the place.
