The location (nature + city's facilities), the interior, the size of the room, the communal areas and the garden, the breakfast- we loved our stay there! The room was excellent with the view over the mountains... Would return in case we visit the Lake District again!
Coffee :))) A coffee machine that uses real coffee beans would be perfect for this wonderful place!

The location was perfect for the lake and the town centre, The property has been beautifully renovated , our room was gorgeous , really cosy with a very comfortable bed. It also had everything you would need.
Just a minor thing but the sink was very small and you couldn't get the kettle under the tap to fill it so we had to use mugs to fill the kettle!
