Very nice central location right on the main square at Keswick. Very easy and quick check-in experience, room was clean and comfortable.
Something to keep in mind is that there is no proper lobby/lounge. It is only a restaurant on the ground floor with the rooms on the top.

Loved the hotel, all common areas and bar/restaurant impeccably clean. We had a gorgeous signature room and took our 2-year old miniature schnauzer who has never stayed in a hotel before. Staff were so kind and he found his favourites usually the ones with treats and doggy sausages. 😁
We stayed Mon-Sat and were so comfortable, the breakfasts were very well cooked and tasty. We had a lovely window seat, a stool, chair or the bed to sit on so plenty of options. We didnt get the option to eat downstairs but had drinks instead. I would advise book a table if you wish to eat in as the restaurant is soo busy, so lovely to see the pub doing so well. They even have a doggy menu which is so sweet plus lots of jars of dog treats dotted about.
I had a lump in my throat when it came to leave, I think this is best holiday I have had in a long time. Thank you so much. ❤️
We had a pine coffee table in front of the sink in the bathroom, wherever you put it it was in the way. No idea why it was there so moved into main room.

Comfortable room. Great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is in an excellent central location. I recommend highly.
