The staff is super friendly and personable. Very accommodating. Room was ample, breakfast is just enough to start the morning. Location is fantastic to walk to many places, cultural activities, restaurants, historical sites.
There isn’t anything I didnt like. I have stayed there twice.

The hotel is quaint, comfortable and conveniently located. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. They graciously prepared simple but adequate and delicious vegan breakfasts for us each day.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very conveniently located. The people working there are awesome and extremely helpful. They had no problem making vegan breakfasts for me and my friend. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cuenca.

The room was clean and comfortable
Hotel overcharged us on the booking app said $108 for 2 night they charged us more on arrival. Hard access to Hotel at night no one on reception waiting outside for long periods trying to get in the building also the room doors are really small
