Central, complete, affordable, helpful staff

Had everything we needed in a small one room apartment. Especially a washing machine and kitchen. Location was great. Just a few blocks from two metro lines (blue and red) and close to the main central train station. Also close to a strip of restaurants and a grocery. Staff is eager to please and very helpful. No elevator but staff carried our HEAVY luggage to 3rd floor.

If you are a taller or heavier person, the (separate) toilet and shower are small... It was okay for us. I suggested to the staff that they improve the bed with a thicker mattress pad and have a light blanket available (it had been very hot but we had a cool night) No elevator.

The host was fantastic, proximity to th SANTS train station and closeness to the metro were great as well.

Location, price, host, proximity to metro.

Darkness of stairwell when leaving. Stairwell lights should be motion sensor.

Miss Angeles - Nos vemos pronto!

Everything was perfect! Miss Angeles was the perfect host and her employers should do everything in their power to ensure that she is well looked after fiscally as she is an invaluable asset for this business. If you are Miss Angeles boss (if indeed she has a boss) and you are reading this put your hand in your pocket mate and give this lady a pay rise before you lose her to a competitor! I would definitely return to this location on the strength of her personality alone as she was so professional and such a warm character! Excellent location, interior needs refresh

Excellent location in a quiet square away from the busy tourist areas but easy 2 minute walk to metro. Nice, lively neighbourhood, lots of locals out and about . The apartment had good facilities, the washing machine was especially useful. It is more like an Air Bnb in a lovely old apartment building. There is no reception.

The interior is a bit tired, the bathroom especially could do with a refresh and the paintwork needs freshening up. The bed is not very comfortable and more Pillows would be useful. The double glazing blocks out outside noise but there is quite a bit of noise transference from other apartments. We live in a very quiet rural area with no neighbours so it just could be that we are not used to apartment living!!

Fantastic host, great location and easily accessible by train/metro. Very good neighbourhood and lots of options for gppd food as well as a fantastic freah food market being close by

It can get a bit loud during the night so if you qamt silence then make sure you take ear plugs.

The best choice in Barcelona!

The apartment is located in a perfect and calm area of Barcelona. Is 2 min walk away from the metro station where you can take L1 and L5 from where you can very easy and fast all the POI. Multiple choices for supermarkets (the nearest is at 50m), restaurants and bakeries. It's the best choice in order to have a nice and calm vacation. The apartment is very tidy, warm, nice and well equipped for all you need. We have stayed there 10 days and we missed nothing. Miss Angeles is very kind, very friendly and she was always very responsive and very helpful. Was a pleasure to meet her. By the way she speaks English and French very well ;) Merci beaucoup Mme Angeles!

Everything was perfect! We really recommend this apartment. Is the best choice in Barcelona!

parking - easy and private clean and simple apartment friendly staff hat showed us how everything worked in the apartment laundry machine available with a large drying rack good location, close to metro (walk to city center may be a bit long)

Great clean and quiet flat with really friendly staff

Everything was really clean, the flat is in a residential and quiet neighborhood/street which was great considering how busy streets are during festivals season. The owner and the person in charge made sure to meet our every need and where extremely friendly and likable.

Cannot think of any, to be honest.

The apartment was very convenient, clean and in a very relaxed area, close to the metro station to go downtown. Also very nice area to discover, plenty of good restaurants and nice places to visit and to go. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived. The lady explained everything very friendly and was very helpful, we had a warm welcome. Excellent stay.

Great place in a good location with an excellent host.

Well located. Excellent, helpful host. The bedroom is slightly stuffy, without windows. Apart from that we had a marvellous stay.

The bedroom has no ventilation. There are steps, so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

Good location, big room and a comfortable bed.

The location was really good, within easy reach of the centre of Barcelona but far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep. There is a handy supermarket just in the next street.

It would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and coffee sachets as you don’t really want to be buying these things from the supermarket when you are only there for a few days. No salt either and no tea towel (I guess they expect you to use the dish washer all the time). There were only minor problems on an excellent stay

Superp! Great value for money. Super recommend.

The reception was fantastic. Ms Angeles was there on time and was super kind showing the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and, it was well kept, clean and organised. All you could expect for while travelling for business.

It would be unfair to expect more based on what I sign up for. If I wanted extra amenities or better location I just would have to pay for it elsewhere.

Very warm welcome from the host at the beginning. This place is really well equiped - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, everything you need. Apartment has it's own aircondition. It's really close to a metro station - from there you can travel anywhere you want. We got useful information about the public transport in Barcelone from the host - which tickets should we buy, how to travel, where we need to protect ourselves from pickpocketing. Everything was great. If I will ever travel one more time to Barcelona, I will pick this place.
