The property is beautiful and comfortable for a group of people. The area of the apartment is super nice, my favourite one in Barcelona. It was well equipped and the staff was super nice and answered properly to my queries.
It’s nothing I didn’t properly not liked but I would suggest to put better pillows for the bed cause they were very thin

Rooms were small and very sparse. The place lacks any touches which would make it welcoming. It’s very basic and functional

Well presented clean apartment with three bedrooms, each with two single beds, so enough and ideal for four individual friends
Very basic provision. Kitchen seemed well equipped but a nice gesture would have been some water, tea, coffee maybe just to get travellers settled before starting their stay. There was some confusion on arrival as we hadn't been allocated a room number and had difficulty finding the actual apartment in the building. Had to call the hosts who did sort it very quickly but fear would be arriving late a night/ early in the morning and not being able to reach them

Event though it’s located a bit far from the center, access to the metro is a block away. The apartment is big with plenty of space for our group of 7 adults.
The noise from the street, not to mention you hear and feel the vibrations from the metro passing by. Since it is located next to a school, you can hear all the kids that live in the building making their way through the hallways and stairs in the morning. One night there was a group of people partying on the apartment next to ours with the door open to our hallway at 4 am. I don’t recommend this apartment if you want a restful sleep. The apartment is also not well equipped. We didn’t even have a roll of paper towels or any towels in the kitchen.
