It was more a feeling of coming home instead of checking into a place to stay. The house has a
homey atmosphere and hostess and host seemed truly happy to have me, not pretending to.
Extensive advise on restaurants, very clean facilities and free laundry service.

Location close to places and restaurants .it was clean and big enough.
Bed frame corner should be covered and hair dryer cables should be regularly checked

The staff spoke English and made the check in process very easy, The room was quite spacious and left plenty for three adults too move around easily. The bathroom was quite spacious and even though was a shared space had plenty of room for changing and included basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff also accommodated for our ski equipment and aloud us to keep it in the hallway inside the accommodation. The room has a heater and good insulation so you're unable to hear the neighbors. In a great location too see the otaru canal
Wish there was a tap in the room for basic things like drinking water and brushing teeth, this is a minor inconvenience though.
