A localização é excelente e os atendentes muito atenciosos
Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão construtiva sobre o café da manhã. Durante meus 4 dias de hospedagem, o cuscuz sempre acabava muito antes das 10:00. A resposta inicial era sempre que o alimento já tinha acabado e não haveria reposição. No último dia, após eu conversar com a equipe, eles gentilmente prepararam e trouxeram o cuscuz, mas eu já havia terminado de comer. Como é um item simples e muito apreciado, sugiro uma melhor programação na quantidade para que os hóspedes que chegam mais tarde também possam aproveitá-lo. Agradeço a atenção da equipe no último dia.

Café da manhã bom. Atendimento da equipe bom.
O quarto tinha um degrau após a abertura da porta. Seria bom além do aviso colado na porta durante o check in que fosse avisado.

Tem apartamentos no 18 décimo oitavo andar que precisa ter acesso com escada, o quarto é muito apertado. Café com pouco espaço para hóspedes, fila

the breakfast is good value for money
relatively fast elevator
lots of restaurants, bars and "lanchonetes" around, but that's what's like everywhere near Avenida Paulista
very small rooms
staff was kind of indifferent, considering Brazilian's natural carisma
they told me there were no more couple sized beds, so I had to stay in a room with 2 single beds. but I layer realized there was at least one room with a couple sized bed
