Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with local cheese and salami, fresh fruits and wonderful croissants!
The garden view was lovely. Very quiet.
Toiletries were extremely basic. Bring your own!

Absolutely beautiful location … very serene, gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. Wonderful and welcoming hosts who serve up an amazing breakfast. Very close to Orta San Giulio, minutes by car with plenty of parking or good 30 minute walk for those who don’t mind the uphill back. 😊

Nice, clean, spacious and quiet room with a very good en-suite bathroom.

Nice views. You need a car to get here. It has a nice mountain location, not to far from the lake. Steep hill, so for fun cycling it is a big work out. Comfortable room, bed and space to sit outside in the garden.
I expected more privacy and more quiet location. But it is pretty noisy most of the time. The neighbours dogs bark quit often, and it seems nobody cares or make sure the dogs stop barking. The owners are friendly, but love to listen to their own music just after breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Normally not a problem right... but if it is rock music, and pretty high volume, it gets annoying. This is interrupting the chill/ quiet time. One afternoon/ start of the evening I was chilling in the garden and their rock music was super loud coming from their living room upstairs. I find that unprofessional and interrupting the quiet time of the guests who are staying at your bnb. Also Breakfast is nice, but then the owners are sitting next to the breakfast table to have their coffee and look at you eating.. Funny maybe, but also 'you are being'watched. So if you like this this place is nice, but if you prefer more quiet time and more private maybe this is not your stay.
