It was small and super cozy and comfortable. It also had an AC which was the best thing ever! The bed was comfortable and we had extra blankets in the closet. The area was really peaceful and quiet. It was easy to get to the city and the port to take the ferry.
The parking in the street was a little crazy but nothing we couldn’t deal with.

Fabulous place to stay, lovely private location within easy reach of the center, especially for the train station, but with easy free parking. Lots of helpful information from the owner about local restaurants, takeaways and also to help with our day visiting the Cinque Terre. We would definitely recommend folk to stay & would love to return one day

The apartment is located on the hill, looking down on La Spezia. The host gave us very clear instructions how to find it. Finding a parking place nearby was not a problem neither. The neighbourhood felt calm and safe. It will take you approximately 35 minutes by foot to the main train station.
In the room there was a water heater with sugar, tea and instant coffee available. The small fridge big enough for us (maybe a little too noisy at night but it was manageable).
The host was very kind, resourceful and available with information at all times. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment to all travelers visiting Cinque Terre!
