The owner welcomed us at the agreed time, handed us the keys, and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is much more spacious than we expected, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged to provide a comfortable stay. Sandy Bay Beach is right in front of the apartment, while Nissi Beach is just a 5-minute walk along the coast. We couldn't have asked for a better location!
At one point, we noticed a few ants, likely attracted by some crumbs on the floor, but the lovely cleaner lady took care of the issue very quickly and efficiently.

An ideal place for a relaxing week-long stay by the beautiful Cypriot sea. Close to the lovely Nisi Beach. A comfortable and modern studio. A friendly and helpful host.

A lovely, very clean flat. Spyros and his colleagues are very helpful and respond straight away to your requests and wishes. An exceptional location right next to the beautiful Sandy Bay beach.
We really enjoyed the Cypriot specialities at the local restaurant.

It was our pleasure to stay in this place. The owners were extremely kind, very friendly and helpful, the whole staff! The location is quite comfortable: close to popular Nissi beach also to Sandy bay and to the downtown. Highly recommended! If im coming back it’s definitely going to be Christopher’s Sandy beach suites again! Many thanks for everything! 🙏🫶
