The dinner was just amazing. Big thanks to the chef and the crew. The room was nice and cleaned every day. Location is good.
We want to say special thanks to the whole team, you were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I forgot the name of one of your bartenders (asian-looking guy) - he is the master of his job. The best I would say.
The breakfast was rather boring. Huge problem is the towels as „reservation“ next to the pool. Even though it written as a policy, that all the towels will be collected if tenants leave them before 8 a.m., the hotel does nothing. I understand, that you don’t want to get negative reviews if you really do that, but as a result - it almost impossible to get a place next to the pool. Please do something about this.

Clean rooms and restaurants, good food. The hotel owner was very funny and wholesome
The All inclusive drinks menu was a bit small and some of the staff were a bit cold sometimes.

Thank you for taking such great care of us! Everything was wonderful, as always. The staff at the reception, in the restaurant, and the manager are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is very good, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect - just a short walk from a beautiful beach. We always enjoy our stay here and can't wait to come back. See you again next year!

breakfast, loved having your own choice of omellettes made.
Poor sound insulation between floors. Could hear people above us moving furniture and talking until 2-3am.
No heated indoor swimming pool.
