The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great stay.

We had an absolutely amazing 5-star stay in Ayia Napa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with an incredible view that made our stay even more special. One of the highlights for our family was having a private cabana. It was such a wonderful perk, especially with our kids, and gave us the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were truly outstanding. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
We also took advantage of the spa services for three days, and this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The treatments were wonderful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy our vacation to the fullest.
And, of course, the beach was absolutely breathtaking. The beautiful water, stunning scenery, and overall atmosphere made it feel like a true paradise. Our entire family had such an incredible time and created memories that we will cherish.
Overall, this was an exceptional stay from beginning to end. We loved every minute of it and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and family-friendly getaway in Ayia Napa. We will definitely be returning!
