Lovely property! The room was very clean and had really comfortable bedding. The key essentials were provided and they had an array of breakfast items to help yourself to in the lobby. The location is amazing quite close to lovely restaurants and cafes. The neighbourhood is also very quite and enjoyable to walk in. If you are happy to walk to the bay it is a flat and simple 30 minute walk. If not the town is about 10-15 minutes. Great place for seafood lovers and explorers. Leandro was so accommodating. He helped me with my bags and took me to my university near Rome. Would stay here again.
The only small issue I had were the stairs to the room. I just had a lot of heavy luggage so bringing it up and down was a little difficult. But that is a situational issue. It does not bring my rating down at all. Leandro helped me with my luggage which is very kind of him.

Clean and neat with working a/c in the room
It is in a residential neighborhood and functions as a “guest house”, not a staffed facility. One must be able to manipulate and open attachments to obtain codes for entry.
