Sometimes you need a little help from the staff, and the girl who was in charge that night was kind, professional, and immediately found a solution for me.
I really want to thank her for her understanding and professionalism. She didn’t hesitate for a second and offered me exactly the solution I needed at that moment.
I truly appreciate this kind of professionalism, especially these days when good customer service can be hard to find. It’s rare to come across someone who simply says, “Yes, I’m going to make your stay comfortable and happy,” and then actually does it.

I liked very clean and ready room with wooden very good floor. The best reception customer service experience I liked in the big city of London hostel.
Cemetry I liked with this hostel real ancient cemetery.

Staff are friendly
Particularly Joshua and Dimitra
I booked 8 bed but luckily enough to receive 4 bed.
Location is quite but not recommended for ladies walk late at night..
We can’t expect much for the price paid .. room was clean but there is not enough plugging points.. there were only two thankfully I was the only one in the room .
