Fenced, nearly half of an acre lot with two swings, extended porch with fire pit is a perfect playground for a weekend retreat or a week long vacation in cool pines. Gas fireplace will provide ambience and flat screen TV with DVD, CD, Dish Network satellite TV with built in Surround sound will provide great entertainment. High speed Wi-Fi internet is included for your convenience. Cabin is located walking distance from hiking trails and 2 miles from Fool Hollows Lake State Park with boating, kayaking an fishing. Split floor plan provides privacy and master bedroom has futon with extra sleeping space. Kitchen has... everything (blender, bread maker, food processor, toaster, waffle a collection of 36 kitchen knifes). This is not your typical rental cabin but home we share with you. Come and enjoy.

I loved it so did my kids the back yard was to die for. Will stay in that exact cabin, again probably in February or spring. Enjoyed it so much I didn’t go with the kids when they left.

Our check in process was very easy and the host was very responsive. The property was clean, well maintained and so cutely decorated. Furnishings were comfortable and the outside area was beautiful and also well maintained. The backyard was fenced in and perfect for pets and small children to roam. My family had a great time here and will definitely book it again when we return to the area!!

The house was clean, cozy and had a great layout. The master is on the other side of the house from the guest rooms and the living room is very large with a fireplace. We've never travelled with our medium size dog and the house was perfect for her. The deck was gated in addition to the large fenced in yard full of trees for her to get lost in. Overall it was a good stay.

The first thing we saw was the dirty front deck with cobwebs and pine needles. After cleaning the deck with an old broom that was there, I had to clean the back deck which was worse. The broken rail that was mentioned by the owner was not the only damage to the back deck. We placed a chair in front of the broken rail to prevent our dog from falling off the deck. There was an open crawl space under the house. The door for the crawl space was laying on the ground. We were concerned that there were animals living under the house and deck. There were also numerous cobwebs inside the house. The photos on the Vrbo website did not accurately depict the current condition of the property.

Lovely home surrounded with pines so it feels very private. Very well supplied with kitchen accessories, spices, utensils, lots of linens and towels, and comfortable furniture. Quiet, large backyard with large back deck and front porch. Owner very responsive and helpful. We have stayed here before and love the property.

The VRBO photos don't do justice to this lovely home. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. The forested back yard is huge and perfect for our two dogs. A wonderful dog park is located just a few minutes away. The house is comfortable and cozy. We can't wait to come back!

Great neighborhood, house. Loved large fenced yard. Very comfortable floor plan. Well equipped for cooking, including gas grill on rear porch. On the downside, needs new mattresses. Extra bedding tossed on closet floor. Indoors needs a more thorough cleaning. I also had to sweep spider webs and pollen from porches and clean outdoor furniture. Inadequate lighting in living room for reading. Owner didn't reply when advised that animal(s) had gotten into garbage bins and strewn trash about yard. We cleaned up.

We had a nice stay in Show Low. The property was well taken care of with a great fenced in backyard for our dog and backyard patio. The neighborhood was quiet and next to nice hiking and biking trails. We would be happy to return for another visit.

This home was great! It had everything we needed and more. There is a fenced yard that is perfect for having a dog or kids! It is very warm and inviting. The host was very accomodating to our last minute date change and it was very appreciated. Thank you!

We stayed here for a few days with our 3 kids. It’s super close to the lake, where we went fishing, kayaking, swam and canoed. The kids loved the backyard and collecting pinecones, sitting on the porch swing and roasting s’mores. We are expecting our 4th-so we wanted a quick getaway that was close to home (we live in Oro Valley, Arizona) and this was perfect.

My girlfriend and I took a week for an art retreat as well as some R & R. The home was very comfortable. We put a plastic tablecloth on the dining room table and left all our art supplies out so we could work on our art at any time. The kitchen was very sell stocked with everything we needed to fix meals. The cabin was decorated in a woodland theme which added to the experience. Itis in a gated community so we felt safe.

My impression is before you have guests arrive I would have liked to see the property cleaned. This property is in serious need of cleaning lots of dust inside and out. I would not recommend it until it has a professional cleaning. We did like the neighborhood.

The cabin was so beautiful and in a very nice community. The pictures just do not do that cabin any justice, and the pictures are what got me interested in this rental in the first place. If i could give it 10 stars, I would give it 11.
