Hotel is right off the main road so close to a lot of restaurants and shops, solid 15 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The room was clean and amenities were provided. The owner was kind and was limited in English but did her best.
Sadly, I barely got sleep due to the very loud traffic along the main road and zero soundproofing from the windows, balcony door, the whole side. Perhaps it’s better if you asked for the room on the other side, away from the main road but I cannot speak to that experience.

The room was clean and had all the needed basics. They offer a laundry service, which is convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good to get to the beach.
The hotel is on a busy highway which is noisy all night long as our room faces the road. After a few days, they were able to move us to the back side of the hotel, which was much quieter. We didn’t like crossing the busy street to get to the shops and beach.

Great price, large and spacious rooms. Staff were so helpful, let me check out super late (~10 hours after normal checkout time) for a small fee of 300 baht. Very friendly people.
Pillows could be a bit more comfortable.
