Great location close to the busy part of town and 3 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly but were not always available.
When I arrived at the hotel there was no signage to say where the reception was. There was a sign up on a light pole but the entrance is past a seafood restaurant and you have to walk through Sync coffee shop to find a little reception desk at the back. Not what I needed after a long flight.
The most annoying thing was the lack of a pool. While the information on Bookings.com didn’t actually state a pool, the photos showed sun chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower which strongly suggested that there was a pool.
Lugging suitcases up the stairs (due to there being no lift) was a challenge although there are only a couple of floors.

Fantastisk städning, rena handdukar varje dag. AC anläggningen var riktigt bra. Bra boende i förhållande till läge och pris.
Man skulle ha haft en pool. Detta fanns tyvärr inte. Dock en takterrass som vi använde regelbundet.

Nice place in the centre of Kamala. Happy, helpful people. Clean rooms and comfy beds. All amenities, tea making and air con, safe, water and fridge. Free beach towels and mats . Really good stay - thanks
