Seaview was lovely. Room was clean and reasonably quiet considering it's 'pub' location.
Bins were not emptied throughout our stay - bit disappointed. Tea/coffee etc was not replenished. Bought toilet rolls as they were not replenished during our stay. We should have asked for more but these basic actions should be checked/supplied as a matter of course. Breakfast was adequate and evening meal was really lovely

Friendly welcoming staff. Clean. Great breakfast
The Hotel is tired and in need of refurb throughout. Over-priced.
