Really lovely property, we booked last minute and it really made a difference to our stay. Walking distance from Carbis bay beach and pretty much everywhere else was a huge bonus. The property itself was beautiful we stayed in the duplex and wow it was like a home away from home 10/10 would do it again and recommend to a friend.
Would be nice to have more dog friendly facilities as a dog friendly place, like a dog bed, dog bowl, treats in the bedroom just little touches for your furry friend would be nice. Also not for all staff but I we had a slight air of insincerity from 1. That said everyone else were truly lovely.

Suite was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable
It was positioned a hotel in Booking.com and expectation was that it would gave the facilities golf a hotel e.g. a dining room, drawing / common room, gym. But in reality it is a modernised historic manor converted into self serviced appartments like AirbNb with a receptionist.

Beautiful property - the most helpful and friendliest concierges and staff we have ever encountered. They are all charming! And the rooms are lovely. Very well maintained and clean property and great location.
Bathroom needs more storage and hooks.

Very modern, good location.. clean. Nice touch to have milk cheese smoked salmon, granola, jams and sour dough left for us in the kitchen
Hidden extras..informed on booking.com it was dog friendly yet you failed to add that the charge was an extortionate £30 per dog .
Advertised property with hot tubs and spa , out door pool etc. Charge of £15 per person to use the jacuzzi. And you have to book a slot. No time to use spa as it was off site.. all quite disappointing really for a near £400 a night stay. . Wouldn't visit again..
