The beautiful Mediterranean style Bella Lago condominium is in the upscale community of Bay Beach on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach. Luxury abounds the open concept, professionally decorated high quality, tropical Tommy Bahama style furnished condo with beautiful details. Spacious (1950 square feet) bright end unit with nine foot ceilings has 3 full sized bedrooms, all with complete bedroom furniture and closets. There is great attention given to provide guests with impeccably clean environment. (Please see guest reviews). There is a no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests. The large Master Suite has a King bed with luxurious tropical bedding and comfortable mattress. The Master Bath has a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxing and a oversized shower. There are two separate his and her cabinets and sinks. A TV and DVD are also in the bedroom for you to enjoy a late night show or enjoy a movie. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV and DVD as well and is also decorated in a tropical theme. There is also a closet in this bedroom. There are 2 doors that when both closed, provide privacy and can be used as a second private Master suite with full bathroom. When the outer door is opened, this bathroom can be used as well for guests. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is beautifully decorated in a beach theme. This is a true third bedroom complete with bedroom furniture and closet. The condo is very spacious and allows room for all to feel right at home. As soon as you enter the condo you will see the beautiful details including lighted tray ceilings in foyer and kitchen. The kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch or a complete gourmet meal. Dining room and living room are as comfortable as they are beautiful. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. There is a laundry room in the condo with a oversized capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. VIRTUAL TOUR can be viewed by clicking arrow once more after all the photos. Then click the play arrow in middle of screen. The upgraded luxury is present in every room. From the lanai enjoy watching osprey, egrets, blue herons and pelicans that frequent the pond with fountain which lights up in the evening and is ideal for relaxing with a cool drink. There is an elevator in the building and covered, secure parking. There is also guest parking outside of the building. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, some beach toys and a cart so you can take everything you need for a wonderful day at the beautiful beach. Cross the street, and through our private beach access greet the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a warm relaxing day at the beach, numerous water sports, take a relaxing walk on the beach, go shelling or watch spectacular sunsets! Dolphins frequent our seven mile beach which has warm water, sugar white sand that is soft and wonderful for building sand castles. Enjoy all the amenities the Bella Lago Community offers including a large resort size heated pool and spa, fitness center, two barbeques, private tennis courts and fishing pier. There are many wonderful restaurants and shops all within walking distance. In addition to our beautiful beaches, there is so much more to see and do. The Everglades, where you can take a ride on a air boat or tall dune buggy. Golfing in near by Bonita Springs or Ft. Myers, Naples Zoo, miniature golfing, bicycle rentals, marina with boat rentals, excursions to Key West by boat, casino, movie theatre, Imaginarium, J.N. This is a lovely 3bd condo! Exceptionally clean! Well-stocked & comfy! The island is busy repairing hurricane Ian damage so not as many restaurants as in the past but it was a quick drive with plenty to see going north or south where we found restaurants, shoppers & fun places to visit.

Lovely property
Really homey, plenty of room for family. Close to lots of activity and many diff beaches.
Only downside, if u have anyone with a walking issue ….. quite a jaunt to beach and pool.
Homeowner provided wagon and chairs and beach toys, which made it easy to go!

Great Location for Girls Trip
Enjoyed our girls trip! Property was super clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous! The owners closet with pool noodles, chairs, a cooler and wagon to take items to the beach was great! The only downside was the some of the owners of the other units were less than friendly.
We will definately consider “Paradise” again!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. It actually is bigger and nicer in person than the photos show. The pool was huge and immaculate. Even with several families swimming at once, there were enough chairs and room in the pool for everyone. The complex is located on the quieter south side of the island, but very conveniently next to a shopping center that has an ice cream shop, several restaurants, and shops—all an easy 10 minute walk. There is also a marina right there where you can charter boats, take tours, and also has a restaurant. Being able to walk to all these places was a surprise and made our trip even better. The air conditioning in the unit was nice and cool, the towels were clean and fluffy-and there were plenty of them. The beach cabinet is generously stocked with a wagon, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and there are plenty of towels for the beach and pool. All these little touches make the property stand out from others. I can only think of a few negatives, the king bed mattress was a little soft for us, the cooking knives were dull, and we needed help from a cleaning crew to figure out exactly where the unit was, as the number doesn’t match up to the building it’s in or the floor it’s on. These are minor issues that didn’t affect our overall experience, thus my 5-star review. If we return to FMB, we will stay here again!

Great location, convenient to stores, restaurants and beaches. The condo was perfect for 6 people, clean and well equipped. The owner was great, she called to check on us at the beginning of our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely book this property again.

It took me a while to find a place in Fort Myers but as soon as I saw her place and how lovely it was I knew my search was over. I took my time reading all the reviews on the area properties. She has everything right there for you to relax and enjoy. Beach access, awesome pool and even a wagon and pool accessories that you need. Donna even called to check on me to make sure everything was to our liking. Easy check in and out process. I couldn’t have asked for a more stress free 10 days. We will definitely be coming back! Condo is located steps from the beach and has all the amenities you could want. Very nicely decorated, clean and updated. Plenty of room for all of us with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen makes meal prep simple with plenty of seating for all. Lots of restaurants nearby if your not cooking. Great for families. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great Place!
This is a great property. The condo is spacious and clean.
There is easy beach access simply by going across the road and a trail that leads to the beach is right there.
We like being towards the south end of the island a bit because it's quieter so this is a great location for us. We brought our bikes down so used that as our main mode of transportation from the condo down to times square.

I can't say enough....this was one of the best relaxing vacation
The secured covered parking as well as all the beach amenities was a bonus. Very convenient. Just an overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend to family and friends as well be returning to the same property for my next Florida vacation.

Fabulous condo.
What a great place to relax & enjoy Ft Myers Beach. Condo was perfect although a 10 minute walk to the beach. All amenities listed were excellent. The 3rd bedroom accommodated 2 small children and not the 15 year old boys in our family. I would love to stay here again!! The Fish House restaurant had fabulous crab legs.

My family and I had a great time at this property. It was a short walk to the beach and they had a wagon to make it convenient to carry things back and forth. The condo was equipped with all the toys, beach towels and umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I also appreciated the blender and all of the small details that made this place feel like home. It was clean and comfortable and had more than enough space for my family.

Conveniently located, attractively and comfortably decorated
The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the pool and the beach. Perhaps the most convenient aspect is the equipment locker in the covered garage. The locker is literally packed with everything you need for a day at the beach: plenty of beach chairs, canopy, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon big enough to hold it all. This was the most extensive free setup we have ever found. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for grandma and grandpa, daughter and son-in-law, and 2 grandkids. Screened in porch was the ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day—and we did every night. The “pay it forward “ kitchen cabinets and fridge is another unique perk. Close to grocery store and several fine restaurants and bars are within 5 minute walk. If headed to the area in the future, we will definitely book this property.

Wonderful experience!
We had such a great time and the condo is beautiful and immaculately clean! We were very impressed by the personal call from the condo owner to check in on us and make sure we were settling in well and had everything we needed. Easy private access to the beach across the street and shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend you stay at this place!

the unit we stayed in was better than expected. everything was in excellent condition and well stocked with linens and utensils. the owner personally called me to see if everything was to my liking. with beach rights and location to the water it was very enjoyable. the pool and hot tub was as a favorite. would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo across the street from the Gulf of Mexico
Donna's property is beautifully decorated, with all of the conveniences of home. I was pleasantly surprised to find some spices, salt and pepper, oil, pancake syrup, and various other items left for guests to use in the kitchen cabinet.
Although I would have preferred to be directly on the ocean, I didn't find a rental that came close to this beautiful condo for the price. I chose Donna's property over numerous other ones I was considering for this reason. Within a short 5-minute walk, we were at the gulf. There were several beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, and even a wagon to haul things over to the beach. We did not use any of these items, but it was great to have a closet full of beach toys for those traveling by plane or who don't want to haul all of those things in their vehicle.
Sitting on the Lanai, listening to the fountain and watching the birds was very peaceful. We only wished there would have been one or two lounge chairs to be able to truly relax rather than sitting in one of the six chairs at the outside table.
We enjoyed going to Lovers Key State Park. They have a very large Pavilion with Wi-Fi for those who want or need to stay out of the Sun. it was very easy to park and take the tram down to the beach. After a day at the beach we went over to their kayak/paddle board area and enjoyed launching a paddle board.
We highly recommend going to Dog Beach Park at the bridge, too. It is as the name implies, for dogs, but it is a neat area with shallow water going out for quite a ways and has shaded areas by the trees. We took the free trolley up to Fort Myers and went parasailing one afternoon. There are so many things to do in the area. We just wished we would have had a vehicle to be able to bring our bikes, as there are so many great biking areas around. We also took a drive down to Naples and enjoyed some time at the beach and ate at Brooks Gourmet Burgers. This is the second time we have been to Brooks. I highly recommend taking the drive to get a hamburger or Coney Island dog.
Upon our arrival to the condominium we did run into an issue. I contacted the management company and they were prompt to take care of the situation. When Donna learned of this, later in the week, she was not pleased with the cleaning crew. I did not want to give Donna less than a 5-star review because she made sure that my family was taken care of for our visit and a future visit.
We look forward to renting Donna's property in the again.

Beautiful property inside and out!
Donna’s condo was perfect for our family. I wanted something with a real bed for each of our three college kids rather than someone having to sleep on a sofa bed. The screen porch was the place to be for coffee, lunch or card games after a day at the beach. Definitely recommend this unit!
