This horrible place is very far from the city. It takes about 20 minutes to go to any restaurants from this place. The WORST customer service at the front desk. They need to train that lady. First, she said she will call me once my room was ready but she never did. Secondly, when the tub was not holding the water, I called front desk and the same lady said she will send the repair person but after 2 hours , no call and no show. When I went to the front desk, no apologies, she very calmly said she will remind them.

Penthouse was very clean, it had a swimming pool

There was no water multiple times during our stay. First night there was no water from 10 pm - 8 am. Went to front office to express concern. They said there were not aware - i asked for a number to report outage and said there wasnt. Next night was fine but the last night we ran out of water at 11pm - 7ish am. The morning before check out the power went out for a couple of minutes. Swimming pool tiles were coming off and most were already missing.

there was a lot to do basket ball, mini golf, tennis.

the pictures of the beach area are a lie, there are no cabana areas by the beach. let alone good chairs for you to sit at. doesn’t look like the pictures at all. we told staff someone had thrown up in the pool and no one ever cleaned it. they also offered free breakfast and told us it would be with a tour of the area and then it turned into them trying to sell us some property or trying to purchase some sort of package. that part was very upsetting as we spent from 11:30 to almost 1 pm the second day we were there. this gave me a lot of anxiety, i felt pressured even thought i explained multiple times how i was not financially ready for any type of big purchase.

Although a bit out of the way, the room was really beautiful! I was disappointed that the one night I stayed, the tide was out, but thankfully, the tide came in the next morning just as we went out! Beautiful private beach, public pool, and private pool! Very impressive facility for the price!!!

I was afraid I wouldn't see the beautiful beach but at the last moment it happened!!!

About 5 blocks back from ocean. Which was at low tide every day we were there. Swimming pool cold. No ice machines. Glad for coffe pot and refrigerator. Need a microwave in rooms as several miles north from town. Saved nice leftovers from restaurants in town but couldn't heat them up. Also did the 90 minute free breakfast and tour of the property. Very nice but not for me. Also was promised a girt of some sort which we never got. As far as price very reasonable.

The resort is beautiful. The main pool by the restaurant was not pictured in the photos - the private pool was. The room was clean.

The room didn't feel very "homey" it echoed. The hot water didn't work - taking a shower was dreadful, which is a shame because the shower is gorgeous.

The staff and amenities are perfect! I love how quiet and relaxing it is, it’s a short 10 min drive to Sandy Beach and my favorite bar, Diego’s Tiki Bar.

I honestly love everything about this property!

I loved the fact that the property was only a short 10 min drive to the downtown center, I loved that the resort was safe, gated with guard’s and very quiet and tranquil, the on property restaurant is out of this world exceptional in service and the food was just Delicious. Our room was beautiful and clean the bed was comfortable, I am a pillow lover and they provide plenty on the bed. The staff were polite,friendly and attentive. The pictures on their website are true and accurate!

The only thing I did not like was that they are also part of a Time share and ask you to give about 10 min of your time over a free breakfast to let them go over the different packages.. 10 min turned into 2hrs.. lol.. I don’t really schedule my vacation or short trips.. I plan them accordingly,work life, family life etc… sometimes at the last minute. we only have weekends free for the most part so time share is not what we are looking for.. but hey, if you are looking for something like that then you should schedule your stay and hear what they have to offer.

The new property is beautiful.

The beach is disappointing. Not their fault but the water is so far out, and you can’t walk to the edge. More bay front than beach front. The hot water did not get hot! Cold shower and maintenance said it is what it is!! The drive from town was looong and the road was dirty. Still chipping dirt off the inside of my car doors. The property is pretty and the buildings are new and modern.
