The location is excellent Riverview room the best, amazing sunset, check out not until noon I'm so used to Airbnb kicking me out early. I like the pillows they had varying ones soft a little harder etc. Couple of complimentary bottles of water was nice.
The fridge and microwave are about knee level not user-friendly at all. Styrofoam leftovers will not fit in the fridge too shallow. I mean maybe just put a Keurig in the room so people can bring their own coffee pods and have a decent cup of coffee, provide some heavy cream those other kinds of creamers are just pure sugar yuck. Maybe a bigger ice bucket so you don't have to make so many trips.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The river and walking the grounds was nice. Very clean.
The cold wind...nothing you could have changed though.

We got there so late, we would have liked to stay longer. The beds were so comfortable.

On the river. Front desk said we were on River side but our view was of roof and air conditioning unit.
Beds and sheets comfortable. Breakfast was more than continental. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Water bottles given at arrival and departure.
What was the SMELL! It was throughout the hallway on our floor almost musty or public bathroom awful but not in our room so maybe in the carpets.
